Alligator sens.it RS+ universal TPMS sensors now cover late-model Honda/Acura vehicles that use 433 MHz systems & Continental sensors. The first model to switch from 315 MHz was the third-generation Honda Pilot, which started at model year 2016. And now other vehicles also use that band for TPMS communication – Acura ILX, MDX, and others.
LF-learning is also supported so if the shop’s TPMS tool doesn’t have an option for OBD-learning or the diagnostic port is locked (Secure Gateway) then the vehicle will learn the new sensors automatically while driving.
Shops that use Alligator TPMS sensors are working with a part that supports the full range of OE features which makes the techs’ jobs easier, reduces unnecessary downtime in the bays, helps the business’ bottom line, and keeps its customers happy and coming back
